Founded in 2015 as a consultancy for sales-channel digitalization and customer-behavior analysis, Intelia launched a Customer Data Platform (CDP) in late 2020 offered as a B2B SaaS product to improve billing and profitability for SMEs. The CDP aggregates omnichannel customer data and uses artificial intelligence to drive cross-sell and replacement-sales models tailored to clients. In recent years Intelia has specialized in the pharmaceutical sector to speed adoption and create a more scalable offering for pharmacies. The company has a team of 19 people, up from six at inception. To consolidate its pharmacy vertical it acquired part of a specialist partner’s team (Onmi), which also joined as a shareholder in the latest round. Planned uses of proceeds include consolidating the product in pharmacies, launching a second vertical in Horeca, and beginning internationalization. It targets SMEs in sectors such as hospitality, retail and pharmacy and counts customers including Paraclick, Wabi Home, New Skill, Le Room Service and Dentalcost. The company employs a team of eight people and is planning to add key profiles in the near term. Intelia forecasts having its platform implemented in more than 150 clients by the end of the year. Financially, the company recently closed a €550,000 funding round to support growth and upcoming plans.
