The company announced a R$130 million capital infusion from Riverwood Capital earlier this year and a merger with AgileProcess, a specialist in vehicle routinization and real‑time visibility. The combined entity plans to expand the team and accelerate the product roadmap to deliver a broader set of features and solutions to the market. Intelipost’s platform runs more than 1 billion freight calculations every month and processes over 19 million delivery orders monthly, with more than 4,000 sites in Brazil using its technology. The platform grew more than 100% year‑over‑year in 2020, anchored by e‑commerce growth, and the financing/merger are positioned to capitalize on that momentum. AgileProcess’s route‑optimization and real‑time visibility capabilities will be integrated to enable package‑level tracking and improved delivery experiences; AgileProcess’s team and CEO will continue working on product development within the combined organization.
