Intellispark is a PreK-12 education-technology company that offers a SaaS product to help schools support the whole child. The platform enables districts and schools to check in with students throughout the year to measure success skills, college and career readiness, engagement, and connections with faculty and staff. It integrates daily academic performance and other key indicators to provide teachers with recommended research-based content they can incorporate into classroom curriculum. The company announced general availability of its first product in May 2020 after two years of development and testing, initially enabling schools to integrate and elevate social and emotional learning (SEL) initiatives. Future releases will add support for restorative justice and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Intellispark plans to use the $2.3M seed funding to accelerate product development, build a scalable go-to-market plan, and round out its leadership team.
