Its core product combines BIM, cloud computing, big data, IoT, mobile internet and AI into an “MCO (simulation+operations integrated)” model and can intelligently generate BIM 9D data to reduce traditional budgeting, procurement and project management steps. The company has developed a digital turnkey delivery service and a digital renovation SaaS collaboration platform linking brand owners, contractors and material suppliers. This year it also built a full‑stack digital centralized procurement (集采) platform to provide more choices beyond turnkey services.
