Intersections operates identity-protection services under its Identity Guard brand and develops Voyce, a pet wellness monitoring system through its i4C Innovations subsidiary. Voyce Pro Wellness Monitoring Program provides biometric data and insights to veterinarians and pet owners and is being prepared for market launch. The company completed a $7.5 million private placement of 3.0 million common shares and a $20 million three-year term loan, actions meant to fund Voyce’s market launch and general corporate purposes. Up to $15 million of the term loan may be used for Voyce’s market launch; the remainder supports Identity Guard and other businesses. The term loan restricts additional Voyce funding to cash from operations or third-party equity directly into Voyce, subject to credit-agreement limitations. Intersections is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia and was founded in 1996.
