Intressa Vascular (formerly Cardiatis SA) is a clinical-stage MedTech company based in Gembloux, Belgium. It has developed a proprietary braiding technology platform that produces multilayer stents. Its lead product, the Allay™ Aortic Stent, is designed to treat Type B aortic dissections (TBAD) and residual dissections by recentralizing blood flow inside the true lumen while preserving branch perfusion via a streamlined procedure. The company is led by CEO Pierre Douette and CSO Diane Lejeune. Intressa intends to use recent financing to support clinical development and product registration activities and to further anchor and develop the organization locally.
