Inventia is a Milan, Italy-based video customer engagement software startup led by CEO Andrea Cinelli. The company provides Connect™, a customer engagement platform that allows users to sell products and services remotely via a multi-channel video-agent (online, mobile, kiosks, ATM, etc.). The video-agent communicates with clients by video and manages the sales process entirely via technologies. The product is used across sectors including banking, pharma, government, energy and hospitality, and its clients include Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Che Banca!, Extrabanca, 3 Italia, Wind, Tiscali, Carglass and Easybox. Inventia raised €750k in funding from some members of Italian Angels for Growth, Eleventure and other private investors. The company intends to use the funds to expand globally, firstly in the USA, and was named "Cool Vendor 2015" by Gartner.
