Investfit is an Australia-based financial planning and advisory app that uses sophisticated predictive analytics to simulate individuals' financial futures and optimize retirement outcomes. Its technology crunches billions of calculations in real time and can simulate thousands of different investment strategies to identify the ones that maximise a client's goals. The platform is designed for advisers, planners and fund members to eliminate guesswork and reduce para-planning time. After a one-year pilot of a corporate version with AMP, founders Ed de Salis, James Claridge and Gavin Daw realised the technology could be applied directly to benefit individuals. The company recently raised $1.5M in a Series A led by Sapien Ventures. Investfit aims to expand access to powerful computing previously unavailable to advisers, with potential to improve pre- and post-retirement planning outcomes.
