Invicara develops a cloud-based platform that integrates with Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed digital representations of buildings and enable time- and cost-saving collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. The company’s product is in use on key projects across North America, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. Led by CEO and Founder Anand Mecheri, Invicara will work with investor Kingspan to build a new solution that uses design and construction data to create digital workflows intended to improve the customer experience. The partnership is also expected to expand Invicara’s reach through Kingspan’s global presence in market segments such as airports, healthcare, data centers, and retail. Financially, Invicara received a $10M minority investment from Kingspan Group plc as part of this strategic relationship. Two Kingspan executives will join Invicara’s board of directors as part of the deal.
