Invitris develops phage-based treatments and antimicrobial proteins aimed at combating multi-resistant bacteria. The company focuses on scaling production of phages, phage-derived and other antimicrobial proteins to address antimicrobial resistance. CEO Dr. Patrick Großmann presented Invitris’s founding story and operational lessons at a BioM info day for founders and students. Invitris was recently selected as the first venture to receive €250,000 in Stage II funding from INCATE. That funding is intended to help the company scale its production capabilities. The company engages with incubator and founder-support programs and its CEO has offered to open his network to other founders.
