IOF Company deploys IoT and blockchain technology to link physical agricultural assets to a digital platform, providing identity and proof of existence to solve traceability, security, and liquidity problems. The company closed an investment round of USD 1,500,000 at a pre-money valuation of USD 6,000,000. Investors named in the round include Draper Cygnus, Xperiment Ventures, Innventure, and Rio Uruguay Seguros, among others. The new capital will be used to strengthen IOF Company’s position in Argentina, consolidate its role in the region, and continue its global expansion, with particular focus on Brazil.
