Isometric operates Certify, an AI-agent platform designed to read and cross-check large volumes of evidence behind industrial claims—such as sensor data, satellite images, supply chain records, and lab results—to flag discrepancies and surface only cases needing human judgment. The platform aims to compress certification timelines from around 12 months to hours by enabling auditors to review entire datasets rather than samples. Isometric began by validating carbon removal projects and has contracted more than 16 million tonnes of carbon removal across over 200 projects. Its customers include Microsoft, Boeing, JPMorganChase, and Anglo American, and in December 2024 it received concurrent accreditation from ICVCM, ICROA, and CORSIA. Founded in 2022 and based in London and New York, the company plans to expand Certify into additional industrial certification markets and pursue a much larger addressable market estimated at $350 billion.
