Founded in 2008, JJG Aero produces precision-machined components for aircraft systems and engines, offering capabilities that range from simple 2-axis to complex 5-axis machining. The company differentiates itself with more than 30 in-house NADCAP-approved special processes such as electroplating, anodizing, paint, and NDT, and it also performs mechanical assemblies and testing. Its customer base includes leading American and European OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers like Collins Aerospace, Safran, GE Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Woodward, Liebherr, and Boeing. JJG Aero has grown at a 35% CAGR over the past three years and is building a new 200,000 sq ft Unit 3 on a 10-acre campus in North Bangalore to increase capacity and enable deeper vertical integration. Management plans to leverage this expansion to move into adjacent markets when timely and to reach an annual revenue target of ₹1,000 Crore by FY 2032-33. The company also operates a subsidiary that serves automotive component and industrial clients. Prior to the Series B round, JJG Aero had raised $12 million in a Series A led by CX Partners in April 2024, bringing total funding to $42 million.
