JOTELULU

Calle Leganitos No. 47, 4th floor, Madrid, 28013, Spain

Overview

Jotelulu is a Madrid-based platform founded in 2020 that helps IT companies transition into cloud service providers and makes cloud services accessible and manageable for SMEs. Its centralised platform handles technical, administrative, and commercial processes, including provisioning servers, ensuring business continuity, and enabling seamless communications. The company works with over 1,000 IT partners across Spain, Portugal, and France to deliver tailored cloud solutions. Jotelulu has invested in building its own infrastructure to provide greater independence from hyperscalers and to deliver bespoke mobility, security, and AI-driven tools for SME needs. The new capital will be used to accelerate international expansion across Europe and into Latin America and to further develop its product offering. To date the company has raised nearly €12 million and secured €6.8 million in the current round to support growth. Jotelulu provides a white-label platform that bundles the tools IT companies need to sell and manage cloud services end-to-end, including marketing materials, documentation, legal contracts and invoicing. The company was founded in 2018 by CEO David Amorín, who converted his own IT business into the platform after facing difficulties selling cloud to SMEs. Its solutions are already used by over 3,000 SMEs and 10,000 total users across Spain and Portugal. Jotelulu focuses on onboarding SMEs to the cloud via the trusted local IT partners that serve them, allowing those partners to bundle services and improve margins. The company plans to use the new funding to accelerate expansion into France and beyond and to drive cloud adoption among European SMEs. The platform positions itself as an alternative to relying on major cloud infrastructure providers by enabling local IT companies to sell branded cloud offerings. Jotelulu is a Spanish startup (founded in 2016) that provides a cloud services platform enabling small IT companies to become branded cloud providers for micro and small businesses. The platform centralizes sales, technical, administrative and legal processes and uses a pay-per-use model so IT firms can register clients and provision services under their own brand and pricing. Jotelulu plans significant product development, adding services such as a virtual PBX and online backup, increasing functionalities and strengthening security. The company grew more than 200% in the prior year, reported sustained monthly growth near 20%, and expected to double revenue in 2021. Its stated market approach is to consolidate in Spain first, begin internationalization in Europe in early 2022, and then expand to LATAM.
