Joyvié Health
Suite 501 The Nexus Building, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6 9BL, United Kingdom
Overview
Joyvié Health has developed continence underwear designed to contain stool in a disposable pouch immediately after excretion, which the company says significantly reduces stool-to-skin contact and speeds changes. Early testing reported approximately a 90% reduction in stool-to-skin contact and roughly 70% faster change times. The company frames its product as addressing faecal incontinence, a condition estimated to affect 656 million people globally and often linked to cancer, dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, spinal injury or ageing. Joyvié was founded by Zoe Robson after a family caregiving experience in 2025 and intends to run pilots across care homes, hospitals and domiciliary settings to collect clinical and health-economics data. Planned near-term activities include a direct-to-consumer launch later this year, publishing white papers, forming strategic partnerships and making first hires. The company also highlights disparities in funding for women’s health and female founders as part of its market-context narrative.
