Juo is a Warsaw-based startup offering a full-stack subscription infrastructure platform for e-commerce merchants that sell physical or hybrid products. Its toolkit combines a core logic layer, APIs, SDK, CLI and a collaborative editor so developers and operators can design, implement and run subscription models without writing code. The system integrates with modern stacks like Hydrogen (Shopify), Medusa and commercetools, as well as established platforms such as PrestaShop and Shopware, and processes payments through partners including Adyen, Mollie, PayU and Tpay. It supports diverse use cases ranging from simple replenishment items like supplements and pet food to complex, higher-value rentals of appliances or medical equipment. Since launch, Juo has enabled more than 500,000 active subscriptions for hundreds of customers across Europe and North America, including brands such as Pulse4all, Meowbox, Impossibrew and Yummygums. With fresh capital, the company plans to broaden developer, administrator and AI capabilities, add support for modern front-end technologies and implement Model Context Protocols (MCPs) that allow AI agents to interact directly with its infrastructure.
