  • Paypercut

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2026

Paypercut provides a full payments stack for online merchants across Central and Eastern Europe via a single integration, combining card payments, local payment methods, and multiple Buy Now Pay Later providers. Since its EUR 2M pre-seed in July 2025 the company has expanded to serve over 200 merchants across eight CEE markets and evolved from a BNPL aggregator into a full payments platform. Key product features include multi-currency settlement, onboarding fully online in days, payment links and QR payments, and an Express Checkout launching to enable one-tap Apple Pay and Google Pay flows. Paypercut operates through licensed and regulated partners across the EEA and has submitted its own EMI application with the Central Bank of Ireland, expecting authorisation in Q4 2026. The company is also developing stablecoin-based rails for high-volume non-euro corridors (starting with EUR-to-PLN and EUR-to-RON) and has a roadmap extending into treasury, FX, payouts, and embedded financial services.

  • Principle

    Led · Seed · Feb 2026

Founded in 2024 and based in San Francisco, Principle turns large-language-model advances into an enterprise strategy engine. The platform creates persistent digital twins of a company, its competitors, regulators, and market forces, then runs hundreds of simulations to forecast how different strategic moves may play out. Unlike generic, stateless chatbots, Principle continuously ingests fresh market signals—such as competitor actions, regulatory changes, pricing shifts, and M&A activity—to keep each model current. The technology originated from work with national governments on sovereign AI initiatives and was further refined alongside organizations like the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. Principle is already in pilots with multiple Fortune 500 firms, energy companies, government agencies, and tech players exploring M&A pathways. The team has trained a custom model on AWS’s Nova architecture to enhance plausibility scoring of potential market events. With its recent funding, Principle plans to productize its simulation core, integrate real-time market intelligence, and expand its enterprise pilot program. To date, the company has raised $2 million in pre-seed capital.

  • Mos Health

    Led · Seed · Jan 2026

Mos Health is a preventive health and lifestyle wellness company that combines an AI Health Partner app with a proprietary supplement line. The app ingests personal data from sleep trackers, nutrition logs, lab tests, and wearables such as Apple Watch and Oura to create customised health plans. To support execution, the company manufactures tailored supplements through a U.S. partner, ensuring users can easily follow the app’s recommendations. Mos Health is launching in the United States with a B2B2C model that allows employers to offer these personalised protocols and supplements as an employee benefit. The company positions itself to close the "execution gap" that causes poor adherence to exercise and diet programs. Recent funding will finance the development of its MVP, enhancement of core AI technology, and initial U.S. roll-outs. No specific revenue or user figures have been disclosed.

  • Juo

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Juo is a Warsaw-based startup offering a full-stack subscription infrastructure platform for e-commerce merchants that sell physical or hybrid products. Its toolkit combines a core logic layer, APIs, SDK, CLI and a collaborative editor so developers and operators can design, implement and run subscription models without writing code. The system integrates with modern stacks like Hydrogen (Shopify), Medusa and commercetools, as well as established platforms such as PrestaShop and Shopware, and processes payments through partners including Adyen, Mollie, PayU and Tpay. It supports diverse use cases ranging from simple replenishment items like supplements and pet food to complex, higher-value rentals of appliances or medical equipment. Since launch, Juo has enabled more than 500,000 active subscriptions for hundreds of customers across Europe and North America, including brands such as Pulse4all, Meowbox, Impossibrew and Yummygums. With fresh capital, the company plans to broaden developer, administrator and AI capabilities, add support for modern front-end technologies and implement Model Context Protocols (MCPs) that allow AI agents to interact directly with its infrastructure.
