- Principle
Led · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in 2024 and based in San Francisco, Principle turns large-language-model advances into an enterprise strategy engine. The platform creates persistent digital twins of a company, its competitors, regulators, and market forces, then runs hundreds of simulations to forecast how different strategic moves may play out. Unlike generic, stateless chatbots, Principle continuously ingests fresh market signals—such as competitor actions, regulatory changes, pricing shifts, and M&A activity—to keep each model current. The technology originated from work with national governments on sovereign AI initiatives and was further refined alongside organizations like the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. Principle is already in pilots with multiple Fortune 500 firms, energy companies, government agencies, and tech players exploring M&A pathways. The team has trained a custom model on AWS’s Nova architecture to enhance plausibility scoring of potential market events. With its recent funding, Principle plans to productize its simulation core, integrate real-time market intelligence, and expand its enterprise pilot program. To date, the company has raised $2 million in pre-seed capital.
