Kaiku Health is a Helsinki-based digital health company that offers intelligent patient monitoring software for healthcare providers, mainly in oncology. Its platform captures and analyzes structured patient-reported data to help clinicians evaluate therapy effectiveness and detect health problems early. The software is used in routine care by over 30 clinics across Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Finland and had been used by 64,000 patients as of March 2018. Led by CEO and co-founder Lauri Sippola, the company is developing a digital therapeutics pipeline. Kaiku will use new funding to support international expansion and further product development. The company raised €4.4m in Series A financing to advance these plans.
