Kiutra is a Munich-based deep-tech company that has developed proprietary magnetic refrigeration systems that operate without scarce helium-3, giving researchers and quantum hardware developers easier, safer access to milli-kelvin temperatures. Its turnkey cryogenic units are already installed at leading research institutions, quantum startups, and large corporates worldwide, where they support device development and quality assurance. By eliminating helium-3, Kiutra’s products aim to make the quantum supply chain more sustainable and resilient. The newly raised capital will be used to accelerate global commercialization and scale manufacturing of the next generation of cooling systems. Led by CEO and co-founder Dr. Alexander Regnat, the company positions itself as a critical infrastructure provider for the emerging quantum industry.
