KixCare offers pediatric-specific virtual care by connecting families with a network of pediatricians, psychologists, behavioral therapists, dietitians, concussion specialists and other pediatric experts. The platform provides primary and comprehensive care for issues including mental health, concussions, sleep, diet and lactation, with providers available outside traditional clinic hours and for urgent same-day needs. KixCare allows families to access services for free through provincial health cards. The company currently operates in Ontario and plans to expand across Canada, with a planned launch in Quebec by the end of the year. KixCare intends to add more services and diagnostic tools to build a more immersive, quality experience for children. The company recently completed a $2 million seed raise to support growth of the team, improvement of the digital experience, and expansion of its provider network.
