Klaimy is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates processing of medical and administrative documents for the insurance industry. The platform helps insurers identify medical risk factors, flag inconsistencies, and support underwriting and claims decisions. It leverages optical character recognition, machine learning, and natural language processing to structure unstructured data, verify document completeness, and enrich data for fraud detection. Founded in 2023 by Amira Nakouri, Yazid Hadni, and Juan Barragan and based in Paris, the company plans to scale engineering and data-science teams, expand product capabilities, and accelerate its commercial rollout across Europe. In April 2025 Klaimy raised €1.2M in a pre-seed round led by Insurtech Gateway with participation from U-Investors, Tenity, and strategic angel investors with insurance experience.
