Klub is an invite-only Paris-based private-wealth and private-services platform aimed at high-value earners. It offers three membership tiers—Premium, Titanium, and Black—with access to banking services, investment opportunities, savings and credit products, crypto purchase and asset transfer services, insurance, and lifestyle partner offers. The company positions itself as a bridge between centralized and decentralized finance and requires members to purchase the platform cryptocurrency XKI to become ecosystem stakeholders. Klub plans to issue 175 million XKI tokens by the end of 2021, with an issuance price of $0.10 at listing. The company raised $10 million in a seed round led by Amnis Ventures, BlackDragon, and Moonwhale Ventures, with participation from private investors and executives from traditional finance firms. Klub was launched in 2019 by Réda Berrehili.
