The product integrates with major systems such as Epic MyChart and Guidehealth, enabling patients to create and share advance directives while giving clinicians easy access to those preferences. More than 1 million patients nationwide now use the platform, and a peer-reviewed study with Houston Methodist ACO reported a 79 % reduction in terminal hospitalizations, a 20 % cut in inpatient length of stay, a 51 % increase in hospice utilization, and nearly $9,000 in average savings per patient. Partnerships include Cigna, Privia, and Memorial Hermann. Founded out of the Texas Medical Center’s Biodesign Fellowship in 2020, the company plans to use new capital to add goals-of-care product lines, grow its national footprint, and expand engineering, clinical strategy, and customer-success teams.
