Overview
Kosli provides an automated governance platform that records software change events, automates controls and audits, and offers provable, append-only audit records for regulated industries. The company integrates with existing CI/CD and runtime toolchains and also offers professional services for controls engineering. Today Kosli launched Kosli Enterprise with features for large user bases, change-management automation, and audit-evidence generation targeted at financial services. Since its launch in 2019, Kosli has worked with banks and other regulated customers to modernize software delivery governance. The product emphasizes security and compliance by allowing customers to choose what data they push to Kosli and by producing trusted, auditable records. Kosli plans to use new funding to accelerate adoption among large banking clients, grow its team, and invest in differentiated technology to further automate the software delivery control plane. Kosli provides tooling that lets developers, DevOps engineers, platform engineers and CTOs record, connect and search for changes across their entire value stream. The product surfaces specific changes quickly so teams can avoid hours of log searching and it creates an automated trail of compliance evidence for regulated sectors. Kosli is available from the command line as well as a web-based GUI, a noted feature for developer workflows. The company plans to use new funding to accelerate growth and expand operations and business reach. Alongside the funding announcement Kosli launched a free tier that broadens use cases and lets developers use basic commands to understand how evolving software systems are changing. CEO Mike Long leads the company from Oslo, Norway.
