    TruKKer operates a digital freight network facilitating cargo movement across the MENA region and beyond. The company was founded in 2016 and is based in Abu Dhabi. TruKKer has disclosed $189 million in funding to date. Recently it secured a $300 million securitization facility from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, described as one of the largest such facilities for a startup in the region. TruKKer said the financing will support its operational expansion and enhance its platform capabilities. The transaction was framed as a strong vote of confidence from a leading regional bank in TruKKer's business model and market position.

    Kosli provides an automated governance platform that records software change events, automates controls and audits, and offers provable, append-only audit records for regulated industries. The company integrates with existing CI/CD and runtime toolchains and also offers professional services for controls engineering. Today Kosli launched Kosli Enterprise with features for large user bases, change-management automation, and audit-evidence generation targeted at financial services. Since its launch in 2019, Kosli has worked with banks and other regulated customers to modernize software delivery governance. The product emphasizes security and compliance by allowing customers to choose what data they push to Kosli and by producing trusted, auditable records. Kosli plans to use new funding to accelerate adoption among large banking clients, grow its team, and invest in differentiated technology to further automate the software delivery control plane. Kosli provides tooling that lets developers, DevOps engineers, platform engineers and CTOs record, connect and search for changes across their entire value stream. The product surfaces specific changes quickly so teams can avoid hours of log searching and it creates an automated trail of compliance evidence for regulated sectors. Kosli is available from the command line as well as a web-based GUI, a noted feature for developer workflows. The company plans to use new funding to accelerate growth and expand operations and business reach. Alongside the funding announcement Kosli launched a free tier that broadens use cases and lets developers use basic commands to understand how evolving software systems are changing. CEO Mike Long leads the company from Oslo, Norway.

The company operates across Egypt, Türkiye, Pakistan, and the UAE. MNT-Halan has disbursed more than $15.5 billion in loans and served over 8 million customers globally. It has achieved unicorn status with a reported valuation of $1.4 billion following the recent strategic investment. The proceeds from the current investment are intended to support expansion in Egypt and to fund regional growth. The company continues to grow its footprint through additional funding rounds, with the current round still ongoing after this first closing.
