Headquartered in Stockholm, Kovant has built a platform that lets enterprises spin up and manage entire departments composed of agentic AI workforces. Instead of relying on a single large language model, the system orchestrates many small language model-based agents, each operating within strict guardrails for accuracy, auditability and compliance. These agents can autonomously handle procurement, supply-chain, inventory management, compliance and customer success, completing month-long processes in as little as one to two days while escalating only when human judgment is required. The platform is designed for deployment in weeks rather than months and runs continuously, learning over time. Kovant is now launching globally and intends to promote an “agentic-first” operating model for enterprises of all sizes. With fresh capital, the company will expand its presence across the Nordics, Switzerland and the Benelux region. To date, Kovant has raised €1.5 million in pre-seed funding to fuel this growth.
