- Noru
Led · Seed · Mar 2026
Noru develops an "agentic compliance" platform that connects to company systems via APIs to automate regulatory requirements and replace manual processes with continuous monitoring. The startup embeds compliance directly into development and operational workflows to help companies meet standards such as ISO and SOC and prepare for frameworks like the EU AI Act. Founded six months ago by Bip Thelin and Therese Ruth and based in Stockholm, Noru has onboarded about twenty paying customers during its pilot and supported them in achieving multiple security certifications. Financially, Noru completed a €560,000 pre-seed round led by Ampli Ventures with participation from Andreessen Horowitz Scout Fund, SSE Business Lab, the DHS angel network, Nordic investors, and Mark Strande. The company plans to use the funding to grow its customer base and hire engineers and marketing staff.
- Kovant
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Headquartered in Stockholm, Kovant has built a platform that lets enterprises spin up and manage entire departments composed of agentic AI workforces. Instead of relying on a single large language model, the system orchestrates many small language model-based agents, each operating within strict guardrails for accuracy, auditability and compliance. These agents can autonomously handle procurement, supply-chain, inventory management, compliance and customer success, completing month-long processes in as little as one to two days while escalating only when human judgment is required. The platform is designed for deployment in weeks rather than months and runs continuously, learning over time. Kovant is now launching globally and intends to promote an “agentic-first” operating model for enterprises of all sizes. With fresh capital, the company will expand its presence across the Nordics, Switzerland and the Benelux region. To date, Kovant has raised €1.5 million in pre-seed funding to fuel this growth.
- Spiich Labs
Led · Seed · Nov 2025
Spiich Labs develops an AI assistant that integrates with HubSpot and Google Workspace to automate CRM updates, meeting preparation, and personalized follow-ups for sales representatives. The product enables reps to update records via text or voice from any device and synthesizes CRM data, email threads, and external research to create daily meeting briefs. The company claims its first assistant removes more than eight hours of administrative work per rep each week, allowing sales teams to focus on relationship-building and closing deals. In its first four months on the market, Spiich has secured customers in five countries, demonstrating early international traction. CEO and founder Johan Torssell started the venture after declining a role at Palantir, motivated by the inefficiencies he observed in sales workflows. The €600k pre-seed capital will be used to accelerate product development and expand the customer base. Future plans hinted at by Torssell include broadening the assistant’s feature set and deepening integrations to cover more of the sales workflow.
