Kterio provides a proprietary Building Digital Operating System (B-DOS) platform that lets building owners and managers digitally manage commercial, industrial, multi-family and hospital building assets. The BDOS aggregates data from disparate closed building systems such as HVAC, lighting, utility metering and elevators/lifts and unifies them into a single platform. Users can monitor assets in real time, benchmark system performance, identify operations and maintenance issues, and take action to reduce energy consumption. The solution is designed to enhance building management staff workflows and to support ESG initiatives. Kterio is led by CEO Joe Stolarski and is headquartered in the US and Europe, serving customers across North America and Europe. It completed a $10m funding round to accelerate product development, expand sales and marketing, and scale out its real estate SaaS business in Europe and North America.
