The company works with over 400 customers in DACH and the UK, including DRK, AWO, Johanniter and Agaplesion. Myosotis raised €8M in Series A funding and intends to use the proceeds to grow in the DACH region and the UK, expand marketing capacity, enhance service quality, and develop new modules. The financing will support continued roll-out of their technology to more users and additional solutions for healthcare providers and families.

Residents reserve and pay through the TULU app, while the company’s proprietary “TULU Brain” analyzes real-time usage data to personalize offers and supply landlords and brand partners with consumer insights. The platform is active in more than 60 cities across North America and Europe and has served over 500,000 residents to date. Major property owners including Greystar, Brookfield, and Blackstone deploy TULU to boost leasing performance and retention, while brands like Bosch and Philips use it to reach Gen Z and millennial consumers and advance circularity initiatives. Revenue details were not disclosed, but management highlights “exceptional unit economics” and “impressive revenue momentum.” The company plans to use new capital to accelerate global expansion, deploy thousands of additional in-building touchpoints, and further develop its AI capabilities. Across its Seed and Series A rounds, TULU has raised a total of $42 million.

Plentific offers a technology property management platform that digitises the end-to-end repair and maintenance experience and streamlines manual processes. The platform provides a flexible supply-chain solution, reduced operational complexity and data advantages for management decision-making. Plentific says its approach has unlocked operational savings of around 25% and sped up service delivery fivefold for housing providers. The company has focused on housing associations, local authorities and large professional landlords in the UK and Germany and is now expanding into commercial real estate across Europe. Plentific plans to launch into the US multi-family market next year. Plentific operates an online home services marketplace that enables homebuyers and homeowners to find professional local tradesmen and allows tradespeople to enhance their online presence via microsites and targeted digital marketing on Plentific.com and partner websites. The platform lists over 75,000 professionals across the UK. The company was founded by Emre Kazan and Cem Savas and is based in London, UK. It raised £2m in a funding round led by angel and tech investors alongside Property Innovation Labs (Pi Labs), bringing total funding to just over £2.9m to date. Plentific intends to use the funds to accelerate development of additional features and to increase brand awareness.
