- Findable
Participated · Series A · Sep 2024
Findable offers an AI-driven platform that automates the sorting, filing, and access to complex building documentation to help owners, operators, and contractors save time and money. The product surfaces critical insights to prioritise maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline applications for environmental certifications. Findable positions its solution as a lever to reduce the built environment’s carbon footprint by enabling better maintenance and longer building lifespans. The company says inefficient documentation management costs building owners about €2 per square metre annually. Operationally, Findable has signed over 60 new clients in 2024, processed more than 2 million documents, and doubled headcount; it launched in the UK earlier this year. The startup plans to use new funding to expand into new markets, grow its team, and continue product development to support safer, more sustainable buildings across Europe. Findable is an Oslo, Norway–based SaaS platform that automates building documentation using AI and machine learning. Led by CEO Fredrik Halmøy Wisløff, the software analyses headlines, pictures and drawings to determine document content and organisation. It targets building owners, operators and general contractors to reduce manual work and improve document quality. The company raised €2m in seed funding to scale its product and grow its customer base. Findable plans international expansion across the built environment and will deploy the proceeds toward those goals.
- Theoriq
Participated · Seed · May 2024
Theoriq is developing Alpha Protocol, a decentralized finance platform that deploys autonomous AI agents to manage user assets and yield strategies. The ecosystem is centered on THQ, a utility token with a fixed supply of 1 billion that will be generated at its Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for December. The protocol plans to launch AlphaVault, allowing users to deploy ETH into agent-run strategies, and will later expand incentive programs for ambassadors and agent operators. Token distribution allocates 24 % to core contributors (one-year cliff, three-year vest), 30 % to investors, 18 % to community incentives, and 28 % to the treasury for partnerships and ecosystem growth. A public sale will release 2.67 % of tokens with 100 % immediate unlock, while additional airdrops and rewards will seed the community. Financially, Theoriq has raised a $6.2 million seed round from VCs and collected $2 million through Capital Launchpad at $0.075 per THQ. These funds will support protocol development, liquidity provisioning, and incentive programs as the project approaches its TGE.
- 7Analytics
Participated · Seed · Sep 2022
7Analytics develops high-precision models to predict floods and landslides for insurers and asset owners. The company says its deeper approach provides insurers with data that accurately assesses the specific risk of each property. Founded in 2020 and described as Norwegian, 7Analytics raised €4 million from Scale Capital. The startup plans to enter the US market later this year and offer its flood risk solution to insurance companies and asset owners. Its leadership highlights that better property-level risk information is needed as insurers leave flood-prone areas. The funding is positioned to support the company’s product rollout and market expansion. 7Analytics, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Bergen, Norway, builds FloodCube, a platform that uses AI and advanced machine learning to calculate current surface water and runoff and model future flooding under increased rainfall. FloodCube integrates large, openly available datasets — including digital elevation models, satellite imagery, and climate data — to predict where water will accumulate and how floods will unfold. The product consolidates analyses that otherwise require multiple software programs and manual calculations into a single workflow for construction and infrastructure customers. Current customers include the Municipality of Bergen, Skanska, and Multiconsult, and the company is expanding its focus from construction into energy infrastructure. 7Analytics has partnered with StormGeo to translate weather forecasts into actionable site-level flood risk information for industrial customers, including oil and gas sites. The company plans to scale globally and adapt its models to other nature risks such as landslides and biodiversity.
- Naska.AI
Led · Seed · Feb 2020
Scaled Robotics develops a low-to-the-ground, four-wheeled robot equipped with lasers and cameras that use SLAM to build 3D point maps of construction sites. The robot compares those maps to construction models to detect differences down to the centimeter. Its mobility removes the need for stationary tripod-mounted laser scanners and aims to streamline on-site measurement workflows. The company also provides a centralized repository for project quality and progress data. Scaled Robotics positions its products to help the global construction industry manage risk and uncertainty more effectively. The startup is based in Barcelona and was a TechCrunch Disrupt Berlin Battlefield winner. Financially, the company has completed a €1M pre-seed and recently raised a new seed round.
- Spacemaker
Participated · Series A · Jun 2019
Spacemaker offers AI software that helps property developers, architects and urban planners generate and evaluate optimal environmental designs for multi-building residential developments. The platform ingests physical data, regulations, environmental factors and user preferences to test hundreds of layout iterations and optimise for parameters such as sun exposure, noise, wind and apartment size. By enabling early-stage iteration, Spacemaker says customers can increase sellable area and improve living quality for future residents. The company works with large property and construction names including Skanska, OBOS, AF Gruppen and NREP. Its team exceeds 100 people and includes data scientists, mathematicians, software developers, architects and urban planners.
