  • Skyfire Systems

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2024

Skyfire Systems has built an open payment protocol that gives AI agents secure wallet access, verifiable identity, and instant settlement rails so they can purchase products and services without human intervention. The platform already processes payments between AI agents and enterprises such as Emergence AI, Pricing Culture, Venice AI, Micro1, OpenRouter and Net Nut. To keep on-chain costs low, Skyfire is integrated with Base, Coinbase’s Layer-2 blockchain, where average transaction fees run below one cent. The company also supports the Coinbase Wallet, letting agents hold value and transact with other agents, companies or individuals. In just weeks since launch, the network has begun commercial payment flows for LLM aggregators and large financial-services firms. Skyfire plans to use its new capital to expand operations and accelerate product development. Following the latest raise, the San Francisco-based company’s total funding stands at $9.5 million.

  • MultiVM

    Led · Seed · May 2024

MultiVM is building a novel zk-rollup on Ethereum that unifies multiple virtual machines and programming languages to support multi-language smart contract development. It enables EVM developers to extend beyond the Ethereum ecosystem and allows non-EVM developers to build into the Ethereum ecosystem. The project emphasizes fast performance and secure cross-virtual-machine calls, effectively allowing each VM to run on a single unified Ethereum rollup. According to coverage, MultiVM evolved from the decentralized exchange Spin on NEAR. The team has just completed an early financing round to support development and expansion. The articles do not disclose operating metrics such as revenue or user counts.

  • Theoriq

    Participated · Seed · May 2024

Theoriq is developing Alpha Protocol, a decentralized finance platform that deploys autonomous AI agents to manage user assets and yield strategies. The ecosystem is centered on THQ, a utility token with a fixed supply of 1 billion that will be generated at its Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for December. The protocol plans to launch AlphaVault, allowing users to deploy ETH into agent-run strategies, and will later expand incentive programs for ambassadors and agent operators. Token distribution allocates 24 % to core contributors (one-year cliff, three-year vest), 30 % to investors, 18 % to community incentives, and 28 % to the treasury for partnerships and ecosystem growth. A public sale will release 2.67 % of tokens with 100 % immediate unlock, while additional airdrops and rewards will seed the community. Financially, Theoriq has raised a $6.2 million seed round from VCs and collected $2 million through Capital Launchpad at $0.075 per THQ. These funds will support protocol development, liquidity provisioning, and incentive programs as the project approaches its TGE.
