- Veda
Participated · Equity · Jun 2025
Veda operates a universal, modular, composable cross-chain vault infrastructure (the BoringVault framework) that enables developers and institutions to create vaults for use cases including liquid restaking tokens, yield-based stablecoins, savings accounts, and native chain yield. Since the BoringVault launch in March 2024 the standard has amassed over 100,000 users and powers yield strategies across wallets, chains, and protocols. The platform reports over $3.7 billion in total value locked (TVL) and more than 100,000 depositors. Veda emphasizes preserving self-custody, transparency, and security, and the company says its vault framework has a flawless security record. Founded in early 2024 by Sun Raghupathi (CEO), Joe Terrigno (CTO), and Stephanie Vaughan (COO), the team intends to deepen partnerships with institutions and fintechs. Veda plans to partner with a top-five global centralized exchange in the next month and will use the raise to accelerate DeFi adoption across established financial platforms.
- Resolv Labs
Participated · Seed · Apr 2025
Resolv Labs builds the Resolv DeFi protocol and issues USR, a stablecoin natively backed by Ether and pegged to the US dollar. The protocol supports issuance and redemption of USR against other tokens and maintains backing by hedging ETH price with short perpetual futures positions. It also maintains RLP (Resolv Liquidity Pool), a liquid insurance pool designed to keep USR overcollateralized; both USR and RLP can be minted and redeemed 1:1 for deposited collateral. The company plans to use its recently raised capital to expand the platform and extend USR to include bitcoin (BTC)-based strategies. Resolv Labs also intends to deepen integrations with institutional digital asset managers. Ivan Kozlov is the founder and CEO.
- Magma
Participated · Seed · Oct 2024
Magma is a decentralized liquid staking protocol built on the Monad Network that will issue gMONAD as its liquid staking token. The protocol is designing MEV infrastructure to maximize extractable value during block production on Monad. Magma plans to enable users to stake Monad tokens, retain liquidity via gMONAD, and earn staking and restaking rewards through an integration with Ether.fi. The team has established partnerships with a broad set of validators and DeFi primitives to support its launch and security posture. With a $3.9M seed raise, the company intends to further develop its liquid staking platform and MEV architecture. Founders David Mass and Meir Bank bring prior experience from Citibank and AngelDAO and say the project will launch on testnet before moving to mainnet, alongside a community points program.
