  • Pharos

    Participated · Series A · Apr 2026

Pharos is building an "asset-native" layer 1 blockchain intended to support tokenized real-world assets such as bonds, energy projects and private credit. The network emphasizes parallel processing and compliance features aimed at handling regulated financial activity at scale. Pharos targets a market it values at $50 trillion and cites growth in on-chain real-world assets, which it noted totalled $24.3 billion. The project reports millions of users and unique addresses on its testnet and has partnerships, including with energy firm GCL for solar-backed assets. Financially, Pharos recently raised $44 million in a Series A and previously raised $8 million in a seed round, and a prior investment from GCL New Energy placed a near-$1 billion valuation on the firm. The company expects to debut its mainnet in the near future.

  • SHIFT

    Participated · Seed · Sep 2025

SHIFT Stocks is developing Asset Referenced Tokens that represent fully-backed stocks and ETFs and are classified as crypto assets under Europe’s MiCAR framework. By avoiding the transfer restrictions of legacy security tokens, its instruments can trade 24/7 across decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and centralized platforms without broker-dealer constraints. The veteran team has built an institutional-grade compliance stack that includes custody with DekaBank, EY audits, and on-chain verification through Chainlink Proof of Reserve. Deep integrations with Solana partners such as Orca, Kamino, Jupiter, and MaxBid aim to ensure liquidity and composability at launch. The company plans to debut its mainnet in Q4 2025, roll out liquidity-mining incentives, secure centralized-exchange listings, and introduce additional stock tokens driven by market demand. A strategic and private round is slated for Q4 2025 to bolster liquidity, followed by DeFi yield vaults and global licensing expansion in 2026. To date SHIFT has raised $2.4 million across pre-seed and seed financings, providing capital to execute its roadmap and accelerate ecosystem adoption.

  • Theoriq

    Participated · Seed · May 2024

Theoriq is developing Alpha Protocol, a decentralized finance platform that deploys autonomous AI agents to manage user assets and yield strategies. The ecosystem is centered on THQ, a utility token with a fixed supply of 1 billion that will be generated at its Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for December. The protocol plans to launch AlphaVault, allowing users to deploy ETH into agent-run strategies, and will later expand incentive programs for ambassadors and agent operators. Token distribution allocates 24 % to core contributors (one-year cliff, three-year vest), 30 % to investors, 18 % to community incentives, and 28 % to the treasury for partnerships and ecosystem growth. A public sale will release 2.67 % of tokens with 100 % immediate unlock, while additional airdrops and rewards will seed the community. Financially, Theoriq has raised a $6.2 million seed round from VCs and collected $2 million through Capital Launchpad at $0.075 per THQ. These funds will support protocol development, liquidity provisioning, and incentive programs as the project approaches its TGE.
