- WorkQuest
Led · Seed · Nov 2025
WorkQuest operates a workforce automation protocol that blends blockchain trust mechanisms with artificial intelligence to create a borderless, verifiable labor marketplace. Its upgraded platform features an AI job-matching engine, cross-chain execution layer, DAO governance, and integrated work-to-earn and DeFi modules, allowing employers and freelancers to transact directly without intermediaries. Users interact via smart contracts, receive payments in stablecoins, and build immutable on-chain reputations, addressing common pain points such as high fees and unverifiable ratings on traditional platforms. Early traction has come from freelancers, small-to-medium businesses, and workers in developing economies who require reliable access to jobs and payments. With the new funding, the company will prioritize AI deployment, a full platform relaunch, and the activation of community DAO governance. Founder & CEO Andrii Kotsur positions WorkQuest as the future global standard for transparent, automated employment. Although specific revenue or user numbers were not disclosed, the company underscores growing demand for trust-minimized remote work solutions. By bridging real-world employment needs with decentralized technology, WorkQuest aims to capture a share of the expanding global freelance and remote work market.

- Synapse Network
Participated · Equity · Jul 2021
Synapse Network is developing a cross-chain investment ecosystem that will offer five cross-chain products, including a cross-chain DEX, a DeFi marketplace, a chain-agnostic launchpad, an accelerator/incubator, and an investment syndicate. It already has a live, working cross-chain launchpad that enables investors to allocate funds into projects across Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon and other blockchains. The platform aims to be a one-stop-shop to consolidate transactions and investments, contrasting with multichain solutions that require investing into separate ecosystems. Synapse has raised nearly $2,000,000 from venture capital and community funding rounds and lists partners including Black Dragon, Dutch Crypto Investors, Moonwhale, Chainlink, OIG, ICO HUB, Crypto Weekly, Minted Lab and CSP DAO. All projects launched from the Synapse accelerator and launchpad will be backed with Synapse technology to fast-track integration, enable seamless smart contract integration, and provide fast data gathering and security guarantees. Co-founders Paweł Łaskarzewski and Michał Domarecki bring enterprise technology and serial-entrepreneur experience to the team; the announcement lists London as the company location.
- Panther Protocol
Participated · Equity · Jun 2021
Panther Protocol is an interoperable, end-to-end privacy protocol for decentralized finance that uses zkSNARK zero-knowledge cryptography. Launched in 2020, the platform enables private token transactions across public blockchains with selective disclosure and configurable trust/viewability roles for counterparties. It currently connects Ethereum, Polygon, Flare, Songbird, Near and Elrond and is developing APIs and SDKs to let developers integrate privacy features without specialized cryptography expertise. Panther provides full privacy by default while allowing users and institutions to vary levels of transparency for retail and institutional use cases. The protocol aims to enable compliance for regulated industries by permitting auditors to verify transactions via zero-knowledge proofs without unsealing underlying data. Financially, Panther has raised a total of $32 million to date, including a $22 million public token sale that closed in 90 minutes and an earlier private token sale in June. Panther Protocol is a Gibraltar-based DeFi privacy keeper that enables users to mint private assets called zAssets. Users deposit digital assets into a vault and receive zAssets in their Panther wallet, which can be routed through the Panther network and used in DeFi transactions. The platform offers multiple levels of disclosure, including a zero-knowledge option that lets users prove compliance without revealing sender, receiver, amounts, or metadata. Panther is targeting institutional DeFi and Web3 adoption by addressing privacy and compliance hurdles that currently limit institutional participation. The company recently raised $8 million in a private sale with participation from more than 140 investors, strengthening its financial position. CEO and co-founder Oliver Gale has indicated plans for zAssets to expand to stablecoins, utility tokens, and NFTs, positioning privacy as a core asset class for DeFi.
