  • Yuki

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Yuki has built Yuki Fabric, an optimization AI model that sits above an organization’s data stack and continuously analyzes workload behavior, SLAs and cost-performance trade-offs to route each query to the most efficient compute resource in real time. The metadata-only platform integrates with Snowflake, Google BigQuery and Iceberg-based data lakes, acting as the missing control plane for next-generation data architectures. Customers such as Tenable and Angel Studios have reported average data-cost savings of 42.6%, and Yuki charges a usage-based fee tied directly to the savings it generates. Founded in 2025 by CEO Ido Arieli Noga and CTO Amir Peres, the company employs 15 people—mostly in Israel, with additional staff in the U.S. and U.K. The newly unveiled funds will expand the Israeli R&D center, add support for more data platforms and grow the U.S. sales organization. Yuki targets the $9.8 billion cloud-management tools market, positioning itself as a cost-reduction and governance solution as AI workloads proliferate across enterprises.

  • Majestic Labs

    Participated · Series A · Nov 2025

Majestic Labs is an Israel-based hardware startup designing servers purpose-built for artificial intelligence workloads. Its flagship system collapses what would normally be multiple racks of equipment into a single server by pairing custom accelerator and memory-interface chips that separate memory from compute. The architecture delivers up to 128 TB of fast, power-efficient, high-bandwidth memory per server, enabling enterprises to run very large AI models while cutting power usage, data-center space, and infrastructure costs. The company was founded by Ofer Schacham, Masumi Reynders, and Sha Rabii. With fresh capital, management plans to grow its roster of AI data-science, software, silicon, and systems engineers and push the product toward general availability. No operating metrics such as revenue or user counts were disclosed.

  • Omnix Medical

    Participated · Series C · Oct 2025

Founded in 2015, Omnix Medical is focused on discovering and developing novel antimicrobial peptide (AMP) therapies that address life-threatening, antibiotic-resistant infections. Its lead candidate, OMN6, rapidly destroys bacterial cell membranes and has received Fast-Track and Qualified Infectious Disease Product designations from the U.S. FDA. The company is currently running Phase II proof-of-concept trials targeting Gram-negative pathogens such as Acinetobacter baumannii, a major cause of hospital-acquired infections. Proceeds from recent funding will also support regulatory preparations, manufacturing scale-up, and advancement of additional AMP candidates in the pipeline. Unlike traditional antibiotics that target specific bacterial functions, OMN6’s pore-forming mechanism minimizes the chance of resistance development. Since inception, Omnix Medical has raised a total of $43 million to finance its R&D and clinical programs.
