- Remepy
Participated · Series A · Aug 2026
Remepy develops Hybrid Drugs that integrate prescription medicines with personalized, AI-driven therapeutic apps to combine pharmacology with adaptive physical, cognitive, and behavioral interventions. The company partners with pharmaceutical firms to co-develop these drug–software combination products and recently announced a strategic collaboration with Merck KGaA. Remepy’s lead program, Hybridopa for Parkinson’s disease, produced encouraging Phase IIa results supported by peer‑reviewed publications and is being prepared for a global Phase III trial expected to begin in Q4 2026. The Series A financing and existing investor base have brought total capital raised to $62 million, providing funds to expand the company’s pipeline, platform, and pharmaceutical partnerships. Remepy positions its approach within emerging FDA frameworks for drug‑software combination products and aims to create new IP and lifecycle-management opportunities for partner drugs.
- Kimba
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Kimba develops a sleep system that creates a personalized sleep profile for each user and delivers precisely timed olfactory cues using proprietary water-based and plant-derived scent formulations. Its device continuously monitors biometric signals—breathing patterns, movement, heart rate variability and stress indicators—via built-in sensors and integrations with wearables such as WHOOP, Oura, Apple Watch, Fitbit and Garmin. An adaptive AI analyzes this data in real time to tailor scent delivery throughout the night with the goal of improving sleep depth, continuity and recovery without drugs or wakeful interruptions. The company sells pre-orders that include a six-month membership, the Kimba device and a six-month supply of personalized scents for $299. Kimba plans to deploy the new funding to support its commercial launch and accelerate its go-to-market efforts.
- Shifters
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Shifters builds supervised autonomous ground robotic teams that enable operators to coordinate mission-configurable robots to enter, sense and operate in dangerous environments ahead of people. Its platform combines AI decision-making, mission orchestration and modular robotic systems designed with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles, robust APIs and partner integration. The company has completed demonstrations of coordinated robotic entry and navigation capabilities with defense and security stakeholders. Reported use cases span defense and national security (reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, perimeter monitoring and high-risk mission preparation) as well as commercial applications like infrastructure inspections, agriculture, mining and search and rescue. Shifters is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and operates in the U.S., Middle East and Europe. Financially, the company has raised $10.2 million in this seed round, bringing total funding to $15 million to support AI development, manufacturing readiness and global expansion.
- Swan
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Swan is developing an "AI GTM Engineer" that absorbs maintenance, orchestration, and other technical burdens that typically fall on sales and marketing operations teams. By separating human judgment from engineering execution, the platform allows small teams to run complex go-to-market systems without expanding headcount. In 2025, the three-person company acquired more than 200 customers, demonstrating rapid traction with minimal staffing. Swan’s broader ambition is to prove that modern companies can scale intelligence rather than headcount, ultimately targeting $10 million in revenue per employee. The Boston-based startup positions go-to-market as its initial proving ground before extending the concept of an “autonomous business” to other corporate functions. Management argues that valuation will matter less than revenue per employee in the AI era, and the product is designed around that principle.
- Tenna Systems
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in 2023 by twin brothers Avner and Gabriel Bendheim, Tenna Systems converts existing signal emitters across aircraft, drones, satellites, ships, and mobile devices into a unified, real-time map of the electromagnetic spectrum. Its platform pinpoints radio-frequency interference within 50–200 meters and delivers actionable threat warnings without requiring additional hardware. The company’s product suite includes Arena for RF monitoring, Tracer for interference geolocation, and Halo embedded software for continuous RF resilience. Tenna is actively collaborating with the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, other federal defense agencies, and allied electronic-warfare units, where its technology has already been deployed in contested environments. With fresh capital, the firm intends to accelerate U.S. defense-market expansion and more than double headcount over the next year. Financially, Tenna has secured $13.5 million in seed funding to support these growth plans.
