    groundcover is a full-stack observability platform built on a bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC) data plane with an adaptive eBPF sensor and native OpenTelemetry support to capture unsampled, high-fidelity telemetry across infrastructure, application and AI workloads. The platform stores telemetry inside customers' cloud premises with no sampling or cardinality limits and offers an Agent Mode experience to help engineers surface, troubleshoot and remediate issues while enabling agentic/autonomous operations. Since its 2021 founding, groundcover has grown to more than 250 paying customers, tripled ARR over the past year, achieved 3x year-over-year ARR growth and closed multiple seven-figure deals. The company doubled global headcount in the last year and plans to use new funding to scale go-to-market efforts, expand geographically, deepen partnerships with cloud providers and accelerate its AI and product roadmap. Groundcover positions itself as an alternative to legacy observability vendors by targeting the telemetry scale and control needs of AI-era teams.

The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate U.S. expansion and continue developing its platform as an AI operating system for regulated industries.

    ZyG builds ZyG OS, an end-to-end platform that leverages agentic AI infrastructure to identify products with scale potential and execute functions across brand building, store creation, creative generation, user acquisition, conversion optimization, retention and logistics. The company partners with online brands that have initial traction and that pass its Product Market Fit test and high ZyG Score to predict scale potential. ZyG says its platform removes operational and data complexity and the financial risk of scaling so founders can focus on product development. The founding team includes the creators of ironSource and three leading AI experts from an Israeli cyber unit, combining commerce and AI expertise. ZyG also offers financing capabilities as part of its platform to help brands scale. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv and plans to use the Series A proceeds to further develop and expand its agentic operating system for eCommerce scale.
