KTrust builds an automated red-team (continuous threat exposure management) platform that proactively attacks duplicated Kubernetes infrastructure in a secure sandbox to expose real attack paths. Its algorithmic, agent-based system mimics real attackers to validate exploits rather than producing large, disconnected lists of static findings. The platform highlights validated attack paths, provides mitigation recommendations, and can automate many remediation steps. KTrust also employs a team of security specialists who research novel vectors and have submitted CVEs for Kubernetes and Argo CD. The company targets DevSecOps and DevOps teams struggling with the complexity and dynamism of Kubernetes deployments. KTrust is coming out of stealth with a $5.4 million seed round and plans to scale to empower DevSecOps globally, per its lead investor.
