La Vie Claire is a Chaponost, France-based supplier of natural products sold through specialised stores. The company owns and franchises 192 stores. It plans to use new capital to expand its network to a medium-term target of 300 stores and to broaden its product range. Planned investments include a 13,000 m² logistics facility and the relocation and expansion of its headquarters in Montagny. The new warehouse and headquarters were expected to open during 2011. Following the €4m investment from NAXICAP Partners, majority investor Régis Pelen remains in place and management is significantly associated with the business.
