Lastmile is a Madrid-based logistics and delivery startup that equips brands with a modular fulfillment service enabling same-day deliveries and 30-minute delivery windows, as well as returns. The company splits traditional fulfillment operations into blocks and leverages technology and a proprietary network of distributed warehouses to achieve greater reliability, agility and personalization in order preparation. It operates in the main cities of the Iberian Peninsula, counts on support from major national carriers and a network of more than 500 riders. Lastmile offers highly modular services and provides personalized support to both brands and their customers throughout the process. The company recently closed a €1.5M funding round and classifies the operation as venture capital / business angels. It plans to use the funds to consolidate its presence in Spain and Portugal and to extend its fulfillment model to the more than 80,000 brands that still deliver in over 24 hours.
