  • Ealyx

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2024

EALYX provides a circular retail SaaS that lets consumers trade in used items and receive an immediate estimated trade-in discount at the point of purchase by leveraging existing Buy Now Pay Later solutions. The platform applies the estimated trade-in value as an instant discount and then pays off the consumer credit once the traded product is physically validated, reducing financial risk for merchants. EALYX plans to integrate multiple buyback partners to make trade-ins agnostic to product category, allowing, for example, part-payment of a computer with a used bicycle. The company aims to generate its first thousand purchases paid with used products in the coming months and to grow orders 8X by 2025. Founded in 2023 and based in Spain, EALYX intends to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its reach, and enhance implementation.

  • Flipflow

    Participated · Equity · Dec 2023

Flipflow provides a unified competitive intelligence platform that monitors millions of products across tens of countries and thousands of retailers, transforming large-scale market data into actionable insights for commercial, trade marketing and e-commerce teams. Its platform offers real-time capabilities including full-store assortment analysis, price and promotion monitoring, digital visibility and execution, and control of distribution and grey-market activity. The company has announced enterprise customers in FMCG, beauty and electronics such as Nestlé, Unilever, L’Oréal and ISDIN and already operates in Spain and Latin America. This year Flipflow launched Tyrell AI, an autonomous agent that analyzes market signals 24/7 and prescribes prioritized actions to commercial and marketing teams; development of Tyrell involved collaboration with Google on AI. Flipflow is using recent funding to accelerate technology development and drive international expansion into Northern Europe and the U.S. The company positions itself as a central intelligence layer to enable faster, proactive decision-making in a fragmented retail landscape.

  • TRIBBU

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2023

Founded in 2019 and formerly known as Hoop Carpool, TRIBBU connects drivers and passengers who make similar daily trips, aiming to fill empty car seats and cut emissions. Its app now integrates Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs), paying drivers €1 per passenger per journey to incentivise carpooling. The service has already facilitated more than 500,000 shared rides and is used by over 100 organisations such as Iberostar, Mercedes-Benz, and Schneider Electric. While Spain remains its core market, TRIBBU is also active in Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Guatemala, with plans to deepen its Latin American footprint where public transport is often limited. The new capital will be directed toward broadening its Spanish user base, enhancing the app and CAE system, and targeting groups like university students and suburban commuters. Longer-term, the company wants carpooling to become as routine as taking a bus, thereby reducing traffic congestion and carbon emissions. The recent funding round strengthens its financial position and aligns with Europe’s 2025 push toward shared, low-emission mobility solutions.

  • Kimera Technologies

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2023

Kimera Technologies is a Valencia-based SaaS company that offers an AI search and recommendation engine capable of understanding natural language, product images and shopping context to deliver highly relevant results. Its hybrid architecture blends state-of-the-art language models with visual AI, enabling conversational interactions such as refining dress choices for a wedding or recommending fragrance-free serums for sensitive skin. The solution plugs into major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop and LogiCommerce, eliminating the need for retailers to build in-house AI capabilities. Kimera already serves more than 40 clients in fashion, home, cosmetics and food, including Base, Kibuc, Suavinex, Perfumerías Julia and Kelme, where A/B tests show notable increases in search conversions and sales. The company intends to use newly raised capital to launch a fully conversational AI search product and expand into additional European markets and Latin America. Its latest seed financing brings total funding to just over €2 million, supplemented by public financing lines.
