Its agents automate time-consuming tasks in the close process, including invoice posting, purchase orders, provisions, bank reconciliation and continuous audit, while the human team reviews and approves. The company claims the platform can reduce monthly close effort by 80–90% and adds a layer of continuous audit to prevent errors. Centinel publicly launched two months before the report and already serves customers in Spain and France, including unicorns and private-equity–backed companies, and covers their subsidiaries in the U.S. and Latin America. Founders Tomás Clark, Alan Donaldson and Tomás Piaggio bring backgrounds from McKinsey, Amazon and the Google Developer Experts network. The company plans to position itself as a European leader in AI-driven accounting as the market consolidates.

The company has announced enterprise customers in FMCG, beauty and electronics such as Nestlé, Unilever, L’Oréal and ISDIN and already operates in Spain and Latin America. This year Flipflow launched Tyrell AI, an autonomous agent that analyzes market signals 24/7 and prescribes prioritized actions to commercial and marketing teams; development of Tyrell involved collaboration with Google on AI. Flipflow is using recent funding to accelerate technology development and drive international expansion into Northern Europe and the U.S. The company positions itself as a central intelligence layer to enable faster, proactive decision-making in a fragmented retail landscape.

The company focuses on improving delivery times, shipping costs and customer experience for online retailers. Amphora deploys automation and integrated tech to optimize the end-to-end order flow from sale to final delivery. It reported managing about 50 clients after seven months of operations and has a team of 10 employees with plans to hire five more by year-end. The €1M funding will be used to enhance the product, add automation features and invest in growth, operations, and technology. Amphora also plans geographic expansion and to open three new logistics hubs in Barcelona, Madrid and Milan in 2022.
