Founded in 2015 and based in Troyes, Le Relais du Bien-être designs and operates thematic respite breaks in exceptional French venues such as châteaux for caregivers and vulnerable individuals. The ESUS-accredited, mission-driven company partners with social-protection groups, pension funds, local authorities and the ANCV to co-finance the stays, with medical professionals often referring participants. Since inception it has welcomed 1,200 beneficiaries and expects to run more than 200 stays in 2025, grow to 300 in 2026 and reach 700 stays—serving about 4,000 people per year—by 2030. The firm currently employs 15 staff and forecasts €3 million in revenue for 2025; nine additional hires are planned to bring headcount to 24 by 2026. Le Relais du Bien-être is also collaborating with the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Y-Schools on a multi-year study to quantify the social and health impact of its programs. Its president and founder, Fabrice Provin (who previously founded L’Âge d’Or Services), remains the majority shareholder following the latest fundraising.
