    Arcadie produces and supplies organic spices, aromatics and tisanes, with a catalogue of about 300 references and two consumer brands, L’Herbier de France and Cook. The company sells mostly to specialist stores (around 3,000 points of sale) and to professional customers in organic food and foodservice. After a downturn in 2022–2023 (activity down ~30%), Arcadie returned to growth: +3% in 2024, +7% in 2025 and about +10% year-to-date. It reports 104 employees and 2025 revenue of €19.7 million. Arcadie follows a holacratic management model and is converting to a Scic to lock reserves and broaden ownership to stakeholders. Operationally it is finalizing a new 4,422 m2 ecodesigned production site as part of a €15 million industrial investment intended to double volumes over the next ten years and improve working conditions and automation.

    Founded in 2022 by Paul Rodrigues and Adime Amoukou, Hectarea.io provides retail investors access to agricultural land investments and distributes rental income paid by producers. The platform has attracted €4.5 million of community investment to date and has financed 50 agricultural projects across France. It offers low entry tickets starting at €100 to broaden access to this tangible asset class. Hectarea has also launched Place des Terres, a dedicated service for farmland transmission to simplify buying, selling and leasing for farmers. The company participated in the makesense incubator in 2023 and recently raised €1.5 million from INVESS ILE-DE-FRANCE Amorçage, Kiss Studio, albo and angel investors. Hectarea plans to use the funding to scale its product, support new farmer installations, and finance sustainable agricultural projects.

    Axomove is a digital health company founded in 2019 and based in Lille that offers personalized programs combining digital tools and human coaching for prevention and rehabilitation. Its solution is reimbursed by Assurance Maladie for patients with low back pain and the company aims to extend reimbursement to additional musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions. Axomove serves more than 150 B2B clients across hospitals, employers and insurers—including Air France, Thalès, Allianz, Alliance Klesia-Generali, CHU de Lille and Ramsay Santé—and reports 75,000 users. The company employs 30 people and plans to double headcount within three years. Axomove cites clinical and economic outcomes such as doubled functional capacity, fivefold improvement in therapeutic adherence, halved absenteeism and tripled reductions in healthcare spending to demonstrate impact for patients, employers and the health system.

    Founded in 2020, Nona offers an all-in-one SaaS platform that centralizes purchasing, order management, stock and production tracking, menu design, Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire compliance and budget/environmental indicators for collective kitchens. The solution claims to save kitchen teams 3–4 hours per week and includes thousands of referenced local producers to ease procurement. Nona reports having equipped over 700 cantines and supporting the preparation of about 100,000 meals per day, with client sites showing much lower food waste (around 20 g per plate versus a national average of 120 g). The company also reports increases in vegetarian and seasonal recipes and projects significant environmental impact by 2025. Nona plans continued product investment, deeper producer relationships and expanded territorial accompaniment as it scales nationally.

    MindDay develops a mental-health app based on cognitive behavioral therapy, offering more than 60 programs and over 300 interactive sessions that address issues from stress and sleep to depression and relationships. Since launch the company reports nearly two million downloads (including 600,000 in 2025) and more than 50,000 paying subscribers, with 100% growth between 2024 and 2025. The platform was developed in part with psychiatrist Hervé Montès and positions itself as a preventive, scientifically grounded complement to professional care. MindDay has moved toward a B2B2C distribution model, integrating in early 2026 with the Santéclair ecosystem to reach nearly ten million French people via partner mutuelles and insurers. The company ran a 2025 study with MGEN of 1,000 users that reported an average 38% improvement in wellbeing after six months of use. Plans include launching a complete English version imminently and prioritizing expansion into North America, contingent on reproducing its insurer/partner distribution model.
