LegalPlace
40 Rue de Paradis, Paris, Ile-de-France, 75010, France
Overview
Founded in 2016 by Racem Flazi, Mehdi Ouchallal and Samuel Goldstein, LegalPlace provides services to entrepreneurs for company creation and ongoing administrative and legal management. Through acquisitions, including the recent purchase of competitor Legalstart, the group now claims to cover about 20% of company creations in France and employs roughly 500 people. The company sold its Kanoon document-generation platform to Silae to concentrate on a unified "super app" for very small businesses. LegalPlace is developing new platform features such as an instant company-formation product and an AI agent to manage accounting and formalities. Management is targeting €100 million in revenue in 2026 and is preparing a European expansion that may be accompanied by further fundraising.
