Overview
Lengow offers an e-commerce automation SaaS platform that lets online retailers centralize, automate and optimize sales performance across a variety of channels. The company primarily serves European brands and retailers across industries including fashion, luxury, sports, home and electronics. Marlin Equity Partners says Lengow’s platform is accessible, versatile and experiencing significant acceleration driven by e-commerce and digital marketing tailwinds. Lengow was founded in 2009 and, according to Crunchbase, has raised $13.4 million to date from investors including Serena Capital, BPI and Alven Capital. Marlin has made a growth investment and taken majority control, and says it will leverage its operational and financial resources to support Lengow’s growth trajectory and continued international expansion. Price and other terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. Lengow provides a dashboarded e-commerce feed-management platform that automates adaptation and optimization of product catalogs for multiple distribution channels. The service integrates with around 1,800 channels, including eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping, Criteo, and Yandex, and is designed for users with no particular technical expertise. Lengow claims more than 3,500 online retailers across 45 countries as customers, including L’Oréal, The North Face, inkClub, Nisbets, and Made.com. The platform enables retailers to define profitability and optimization rules at the product level and to track ROI across channels. The company was founded in 2009 and is positioned to simplify multi-channel online selling for merchants. Lengow is a Nantes-based SaaS solution that enables retailers to index, optimize and track product catalogs across about 185 channels including comparison search engines, marketplaces, affiliates, sponsored links and social networks. The platform centralizes online campaign management in a single interface so traffic and marketing managers do not need to log into each distributor's service. Lengow applies automatic rules to optimize marketing operations and provides real-time campaign monitoring of clicks, sales and ROI. The company has more than 400 clients across France and Europe and is backed by Kima Ventures. Lengow raised €1.2M from Alven Capital and intends to use the funds to consolidate development in France and expand internationally. It is led by co-founders Jérémie Peiro (Sales Director) and Mickael Froger (CTO).
