The platform removes up to 90% of administrative tasks and resolves tenant onboarding and service requests instantly. Already embedded across thousands of apartments, it is trusted by major Irish property managers such as Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House, Rathmines House, and Lugus Capital. The company targets onboarding 25,000 properties by March 2026 and reaching $1.1 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of that year. To accelerate growth, Lette AI recently hired Jon Hammond as Head of Growth, leveraging his two decades of SaaS and prop-tech experience. Near-term plans include enlarging the engineering team, expanding into the UK and UAE, and rolling out autonomous AI agents across leasing, operations, and resident engagement.
