- Lette AI
Participated · Seed · Oct 2025
Founded in March 2025, Lette AI has created an agentic AI operating system designed to streamline every step of the property leasing workflow. The platform removes up to 90% of administrative tasks and resolves tenant onboarding and service requests instantly. Already embedded across thousands of apartments, it is trusted by major Irish property managers such as Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House, Rathmines House, and Lugus Capital. The company targets onboarding 25,000 properties by March 2026 and reaching $1.1 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of that year. To accelerate growth, Lette AI recently hired Jon Hammond as Head of Growth, leveraging his two decades of SaaS and prop-tech experience. Near-term plans include enlarging the engineering team, expanding into the UK and UAE, and rolling out autonomous AI agents across leasing, operations, and resident engagement.
- Rekord
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
Founded in 2024 in Dublin by Christopher Lynch and Mark Noone, Rekord is building a unified orchestration layer that connects core banking and loan-origination systems with external data sources such as credit bureaus and open-banking providers. The platform lets lenders design, test, and launch fully automated, explainable decision flows for mortgages, SME lending, and consumer credit. By replacing fragmented manual processes, Rekord claims it can reduce the manual work involved in credit origination by up to 80 %, cutting operating costs and accelerating cycle times. The solution is designed to help financial institutions comply with emerging regulations around AI transparency and bias while improving customer experience. Over the next six months, the company plans to onboard additional design partners, run pilot programs with selected institutions, and expand across the EU and UK. The fresh capital will also support team growth to meet rising demand for compliant, AI-driven credit automation.
- Haus
Participated · Equity · Jul 2024
Haus is a San Francisco, California-based provider of decision science and marketing measurement solutions. The company offers GeoLift, a self-service platform that enables brands to run scientifically sound test/control incrementality experiments. Haus applies causal science and experimental rigor to marketing measurement across the $1 trillion global advertising industry. It works with brands including Intuit, Hims & Hers, Pernod Ricard USA, Coursera, Bally Sports, Caraway, and Sonos. Haus raised $20M in additional financing to support product and analytics expansion. With the new funding and partnerships, the company plans to deepen holistic marketing measurement and experimentation tooling, expand causal inference analytics capabilities, broaden its decision science platform across industries, and launch a new product called Causal Attribution. Haus provides a growth command center that combines causal inference with experimentation and AI to show how marketing activities impact top and bottom lines. The platform lets brands configure on‑demand experiments using only their first‑party data, without cookies or third‑party identifiers. Haus began with marketing analytics infrastructure and is building a broader data platform that extends to other business applications. Its initial products, GeoLift and CustomerLift, have been used by brands including FanDuel, Sonos, Caraway Home, Jasper, Jones Road Beauty, and Ritual. The company intends to use the funding to expand the team and continue building a suite of integrated causal analytical tools to measure and drive profitable growth. Haus is led by founder and CEO Zach Epstein and is based in Mountain View, California.
