Liine provides a platform for specialty healthcare and dental practices that automatically analyzes new patient interactions and gives full visibility into a practice’s patient acquisition efforts. The platform captures key insights such as new patient volumes, appointment conversion rates, staff performance, and marketing efficiency with no manual data entry required from staff. Liine also automates follow-up for online form submissions and other asynchronous patient inquiries. The company is led by CEO Brad Blaser and CRO Charlie Wiin and is based in Raleigh, NC. Liine raised $3M in funding and said it will use the proceeds to accelerate product development and go-to-market initiatives. Ramsay Battin and Arun Mohan, MD, will join the company’s board of directors as part of the deal.
